Novotel Nairobi Westlands, part of the globally recognized Accor brand, is an upscale, modern hotel designed to offer a dynamic and cosmopolitan experience to its guests. The hotel boost of sophisticated 347 rooms & suites, diverse meeting and event spaces. 

·  Compliance with Accor Brand Standards: The hotel chain had specific technology requirements to maintain its brand image and guest satisfaction.

·  Complex Infrastructure: The large-scale project demanded a robust and scalable network infrastructure to support various hotel operations.

Talinda East Africa provided a turnkey ICT solution, encompassing network infrastructure, Telephony, and TV systems. The key components of the solution included:

1.  Network Infrastructure: A robust and secure network was designed and deployed to ensure seamless connectivity for guests and staff. This included wired and wireless networks, access points, routers, switches, and firewalls.

2.  Telephony: A modern telephony system was implemented to enable efficient communication within the hotel and with external parties. This included voice over IP (VoIP) phones for the hotel rooms and administration.

3.  IPTV System: An interactive IPTV system was installed (Hoteza IPTV), allowing guests to enjoy a wide range of television channels, on-demand content, and hotel information.
