Located in the heart of Nairobi, this luxurious establishment features 315 guest rooms, 50 serviced apartments, and an impressive 760 square meters of conferencing space. To ensure that the hotel's technological infrastructure meets the highest standards of the Marriott brand, JW Marriott Nairobi sought an experienced ICT contractor for their Telephony and IPTV systems. a) Telephony System:

1.Implemented a state-of-the-art Mitel IP-based telephony system that ensures high-quality voice communication. It had two systems;  Ip telephony utilized by the hotel  admin and the analogue system  utilized by rooms to cut on cost.

2.Integrated the telephony system with the hotel’s property management system for streamlined operations.

3. Provided extensive training to hotel staff to ensure efficient use and maintenance of the system.

b) IPTV System

1. Deployed an advanced IPTV system offering a wide selection of channels and on-demand content
2. Developed a customized, user-friendly interface to enhance the guest experience
3. Enabled the integration of additional services such as room service, concierge, and information about hotel amenities through the IPTV system.
